Language has always been an essential communication tool. And because property sale and lease is about communication, it is necessary to be well versed in this respect.

We can say responsibly that our language skills are really excellent. If you want to provide premium services, as we do at Philip & Frank, you must be able to understand the needs and expectations of your clients perfectly. So, a language barrier can be a serious hindrance to the smooth progress of a deal.

That is why we have set a simple rule in our company. Every broker must speak at least one foreign language. As a result, we can provide all our services in the following languages:
- CZECH
- ENGLISH
- GERMAN
- ITALIAN
- SPANISH
- ARABIC
- VIETNAMESE

And of course SLOVAK. But to be honest, that is a language we regard as our second mother tongue.
