Prague 9

Prague 9 is located northeast of the city center. It consists mostly of Vysočany, Prosek, Hrdlořezy and a larger part of Střížkov. Like Prague 8, most neighborhoods were industrial but are now also being renovated and revitalized. The district lacks historical sights but makes up in shopping centers. Černý Most and Letňany are some of the largest shopping malls in Prague. The multi-purpose O2 arena is also located here. It has held many significant tournaments and concerts and is the second largest ice hockey arena in Europe. The district also has an international school - "English College in Prague":http://www.philip-frank.com/en/prague-guide/5973067-english-college-in-prague-ecp. As for public transport, the yellow metro line B and red metro line C run through this area as well as several tram lines.
