3. Buy the 13+2 plots as a whole

The town of Husinec, founded in the late 13 th century, is situated in the picturesque countryside of the meandering Vltava River, only 2 kilometres from the town of Klecany, 15 minutes from Prague (underground line C) and 23 minutes by train from Prague’s Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží, underground line B). The town also includes a part called Řež, where many renowned scientific institutions and engineering companies are located.

The town has about 1,600 inhabitants. There is a kindergarten, primary school, library, post office, tennis courts, bike park, supermarket and other facilities.

The countryside around Villas Husinec is perfect for trips, dog walking, cycling and running.. It is a great place for active families that love having exercise in the fresh air as well as for inventive developers.
