Prague 10 is located southeast of the city center. It is very similar to "Vinohrady":http://www.philip-frank.com/en/prague-guide/4042081-prague-2, especially Vršovice, which is a neighboring area. It also includes Strašnice, Malešice, Záběhlice and Hostivař. New development projects are beginning to appear in Prague 10, along with the renovation of old apartment buildings. For those who can’t afford "Vinohrady":http://www.philip-frank.com/en/prague-guide/4042081-prague-2, but want a similar atmosphere, we recommend looking for a property in Prague 10. Vršovice

Vršovice is an area very similar to "Vinohrady":http://www.philip-frank.com/en/prague-guide/4042081-prague-2 but much cheaper. This is because of the absence of historic villas. The area has several tram lines running through it and the metro line A, which will get you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. You can find mostly apartment buildings and some historic houses here. Around every corner there are many restaurants, cafes, kindergartens, schools, theaters, museums, pharmacies and many shops including the shopping center Eden. Right next to the shopping center is an arena with the same name, a modern multifunctional arena, where concerts and football tournaments are held. In your spare time, you can visit the park Heroldovy sady or you can go to the farmers' markets, which are held regularly in Prague 10. You will find a large range of fresh goods here. Vršovice is considered to be a family friendly place.
