Průhonice

Průhonice may not be in Prague but we include it in our list because the demand for properties here is quite high. It is a village located about 15 km southeast of Prague and is considered to be a popular prestigious residential area thanks to the easy accessibility to Prague and close proximity to the beautiful nature surrounding it. The nearby highway D1 allows you to reach the city center by car in just 15 minutes. The living accommodation here is very high-standard thanks to the recent development of residential projects, houses and apartments.

As for civic amenities, there is a primary school, playgrounds and a football field, a church, a health center and a pharmacy, as well as the post office and numerous restaurants and facilities. There are also several attractive tourist attractions in the village and its surroundings, such as the dendrological garden, the Průhonice Castle or the Průhonice Chateau Park, a monument protected by UNESCO. Průhonice is also very close to Čestlice, which has the biggest aquapark in central Europe “Aquapalace Praha.”

We recommend Průhonice for anyone who wants to raise their children outside of the city but needs to stay close to Prague due to work.
