We offer to rent a bright newly renovated studio apartment with windows facing the courtyard, located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a sought-after part of New Town. Within walking distance: important tram lines, Wenceslas Square, Můstek metro station, department stores, all civic amenities, etc.

A smaller entrance hall leads into the apartment, where there is also a kitchenette. From the hallway, you can either go into the living room or into the bathroom with a bathtub. The orientation of the apartment is a pleasant courtyard (SW).

The apartment is rented as partially furnished, see photos in the advertisement (small folding table, 2 chairs, built-in wardrobe, built-in bookcase under the window, fridge with freezer built in the kitchenette, induction hob, sink, etc.), the apartment is non-smoking. On the top floor of the building, there is a drying room accessible to residents that can be used with the apartment. There is a spacious cellar in the basement.

The rent is 15.000 CZK + advance payments for utilities (water, cleaning, heat in the apartment, electricity common areas, etc.) 1 person/ 2.300 CZK. Electricity in the apartment is paid separately and will be registered to the tenant. The deposit is 2 monthly rents. Our real estate agency charges a commission of one month's rent + VAT 21% in case of lease realization.

The stated energy class G of the building is mandatory to mention according to the amendment of "Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management", even in cases where the energy class of the property is still being processed.

The minimum rental period is 1 year with the perspective of more years. The property owners are not interested in operating short-term rentals; we will ignore any such offers, thank you for your understanding.
